Clutch helps you write replies for dating-app conversations. You take a screenshot of a chat, and Clutch analyzes it with AI to suggest replies. This policy explains what we process and why. Clutch has no sign-up — there is no name, email, or password account.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or advertising identifier. Clutch contains no ads and no third-party tracking SDKs.
When you scan, the screenshot is sent over an encrypted connection to our backend (hosted on Supabase) and then to Google Gemini, which analyzes the image and returns reply suggestions. A short summary of each scan (platform, a one-line context, and the suggestions) is stored on our backend keyed to your anonymous device identifier so the app can function.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can clear your scan history and reset the app on your device at any time in Settings → "Clear scan history & data." You can revoke photo and camera access in the iOS Settings app. To request deletion of any server-side records associated with your device, email us and we will remove them.
Scan summaries are retained only as long as needed to operate the service and are deleted on request. Screenshots are processed to generate replies and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Clutch is intended for users 17 and older. It is not directed to children.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions or deletion requests: snowymr6@gmail.com.
