We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clutch for your own, lawful, personal use, subject to these Terms and Apple's EULA.
Clutch offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings. Any free promotional access is provided at our discretion and is not a paid subscription.
Only scan conversations you are a participant in. Do not use Clutch to harass, deceive, threaten, or harm anyone, or to generate content that is unlawful, sexual toward minors, hateful, or abusive. You are solely responsible for the messages you choose to send.
Reply suggestions and "decode" readings are generated by AI, are provided as-is, and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. They are suggestions only — review before sending. Clutch does not guarantee any outcome, response, match, or relationship.
Clutch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
